On 27 April 2025, Surya Memorial Foundation conducted a Career Guidance, Motivation & Counselling Program at its auditorium for students who have completed the 12th standard. Around 150 students and parents from Vayambedu, Nadupatti, Chekkanam, and nearby villages participated.

The program focused on career guidance, higher education opportunities, vocational and health-sector courses, and parental counselling. Resource persons delivered motivational talks and provided clear guidance to help students make informed career decisions. Educational materials were distributed, and the program successfully motivated students and parents toward better educational and career planning.
